Tamm-Horsfall蛋白是1950年由Tamm和Horsfall利用氯化钠盐析的方法,最早从尿中提取的一种糖蛋白,故称Tamm-Horsfall蛋白(简称THP)。目前,主要应用于泌尿系疾病,本文测定了78例肺结核血清THP含量,报告如下。一、病例选择与方法肺结核78例,为本所住院病人,男44例,女34例,无肝、肾疾病。进展期41例,痰菌阳性13例(31.7％),稳定期37例。对照组46例,为油田职工健康者,其中男26例,女20例,THP测定采用放射免疫分析法。
Tamm-Horsfall protein is a salt glycoprotein extracted from urine by Tamm and Horsfall in 1950 by salting-out method. It is called Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP for short). Currently, mainly used in urological diseases, this paper measured 78 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis serum THP levels, the report is as follows. First, the case selection and methods Tuberculosis in 78 cases, the hospital for the patient, 44 males and 34 females, no liver and kidney disease. 41 cases were advanced, 13 were sputum positive (31.7%), and 37 were stable. The control group of 46 cases were healthy oil field workers, including 26 males and 20 females, THP determination by radioimmunoassay.
