随着油井开发环境逐年变差,加之在高含水期油品性质发生变化等因素的影响,杆断频繁,泵阀刺漏严重,砂、蜡造成卡泵时有发生。由于检泵频繁,造成该块油井生产时率下降,油井维护性作业费用增加,管杆损失增大,影响了油井的正常生产。因此对油井进行综合治理,对所有检泵井都进行管、杆、泵的优化设计,特别以检泵周期短的油井为治理重点,配套特种防砂泵防排砂、防泵阀刺漏、综合防偏磨工艺,延长油井的检泵周期。
