ADS-37是生产PX的吸附剂,吸附过程中水含量的多少对产品纯度有很大影响。本文主要研究了水的加入量对ADS-37吸附效果的影响,通过对产品纯度数据的分析表明,抽余液和抽出液流出旋转阀时含水量为40 ppm左右时,吸附剂中含水量是适当的。当吸附剂中严重缺水后,产品纯度受到很大影响,提高注水至120 ppm。吸附塔产品纯度上升明显,达到合格指标。
ADS-37 is the production of PX adsorbent, the adsorption process, the amount of water content has a great impact on product purity. In this paper, the effect of water addition on the adsorption of ADS-37 was studied. The analysis of product purity data showed that when the raffinate and extraction liquid flowed out of the rotary valve and the water content was about 40 ppm, the water content in the adsorbent was appropriate. When there is a serious shortage of water in the adsorbent, the product purity is greatly affected, increasing the water injection to 120 ppm. Adsorption tower product purity increased significantly, to meet the eligibility indicators.
