很多时候,教练员会谈一些关于优秀短跑运动员,像刘易斯、约翰逊、丹尼斯、蒙哥马利、格林等是如何训练成为高水平的运动员,然后试着让他们的年轻运动员模仿这些优秀运动员的训练方法。其实这样做是不理解年轻运动员的运动规律,至少年轻运动员在身体机能和心理素质方面是不可能承受像优秀短跑运动员那样的负荷。并不是说不进行负荷训练就会有收获,而是要根据运动员的不同年龄安排适当的运动负荷。刻苦认真的训练还是很重要的,任何手段都不可能代替艰苦的训练,即使运动员在小的年龄阶段,也应该进行适合于本年龄段负荷的艰苦训练。同样重要的是努力工作,教练
