对于含混合稀土(MM)0.046wt.-%以下的不同含量的三个2618铝合金,进行了物理、力学性能检测和显微组织分析,结果表明:痕迹量混合稀土对该合金物理性能没有明显影响,而对合金的塑性和韧性有明显改善,耐热性能亦有所提高。稀土元素存在于呈弥散分布的耐热强化相中。
Physical and mechanical properties tests and microstructure analysis of three 2618 aluminum alloys with different contents of 0.046wt .-% mixed rare earth (MM) were carried out. The results showed that trace rare earth mixed with rare earth did not show significant effect on the physical properties of the alloy Affect, but the plasticity and toughness of the alloy has been significantly improved, heat resistance has also been improved. Rare earth elements exist in the dispersed heat-resistant strengthening phase.
