美容娱乐场所“色情陪侍”活动屡禁不止的原因：场所总量失控，档次过高，需求失衡；打击缺乏针对性；转包频繁，歇业、破产增多，业主及从业服务人员不稳定性增加；高投入与低回报的矛盾诱使经营者不惜以牺牲社会效益来换取局部经济利益；多头管理，无法形成社会控防合力；立法滞后。整治思考：完善对美容娱乐场所的管理控制机制；完善查禁法律、法规；强化打击力度；提高社会公众的自控能力和自我防范意识。
