以开发实用FeMnSi形状记忆合金管接头为目的,主要研究了管接头的成型性,处理制度、耐蚀性能和密封性能。结果表明:FeMnSi合金耐蚀性能差,合金中Si含量严重影响接头成型性,经最佳热处理,管接头的形状恢复率达到55%,接管的耐压达32MPa,适用于低压管路连接。要扩大其应用范围,需提高合金的耐蚀性能和接头的形状恢复率。
In order to develop a practical FeMnSi shape memory alloy pipe fittings for the purpose, the main research of the pipe joint forming, handling system, corrosion resistance and sealing performance. The results show that the corrosion resistance of FeMnSi alloy is poor and the Si content in the alloy seriously affects the formability of the joint. After the optimal heat treatment, the shape recovery rate of the joint is 55% and the pressure resistance of the joint is 32MPa. To expand the scope of its application, it is necessary to improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy and the shape recovery rate of the joint.
