课堂教学是教师的教与学生的学的互动过程。要提高语文教学效率,必须突破传统课堂教学模式,重视教学互动的建构。根据集体动力理论和需要动机理论,采取教与学的互动学习方式,优化课堂交往,发挥教师的主导作用,把学生的内在需求和外界学习环境结合起来,把知识、能力、人格“内化”给学生,保障学生的主体地位,从而建立互动、互助、互促的师生关系。
