目的:分析鼠曲草和细叶鼠曲草中挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鼠曲草和细叶鼠曲草中挥发油,用GC-MS法测定和分析其化学组分。结果:从鼠曲草挥发油中共分离鉴定了16个成分,占总峰面积的88.63%;从细叶鼠曲草挥发油中共分离鉴定了19个成分,占挥发油总量的56.74%。结论:该研究为鼠曲草资源的深入开发利用提供了一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil in the koji grass and the ciliate grass. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation from Qu Ke grass and Cimicifuga mosses. The chemical constituents were determined and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: Sixteen components were isolated and identified, accounting for 88.63% of the total peak area. Nineteen components were isolated and identified, accounting for 56.74% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: This study provides a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the gerbil resources.
