本文简述了幼儿园班级管理的特殊性及重要性,提出“幼儿成长过程是一个慢慢学会自我管理的过程,幼儿园班级管理应有效促进幼儿自主发展和自主管理”的观点。同时从观念文化建设、人际文化建设、活动文化建设、物质文化建设、多元文化建设五个层面,详尽论述了特色文化建设促进班级管理的有效策略。
This article outlines the particularity and importance of class management in kindergartens, and puts forward the view that “the process of child development is a process of self-management, and kindergarten class management should effectively promote the independent development and self-management of children.” At the same time, it elaborates the effective strategy of promoting the management of special culture in five aspects: concept culture construction, interpersonal culture construction, activity culture construction, material culture construction and multicultural construction.
