[目的 ]为介入放射学提供符合辐射防护最优化的防护用品。 [方法 ]根据防护最优化的原则和屏蔽防护的原理 ,针对国产 5 0 0mA透视X射线机的特点 ,设计介入防护装置 ;模拟介入手术条件 ;测试在不同防护条件下介入手术者身体主要部位的散射线 ;设计安全、轻便、舒适的个人防护用品。 [结果 ]研制出一套由 4部分组成的介入防护装置和 4种个人防护用品。 [结论 ]介入防护装置与适当的个人防护用品相结合 ,不仅达到比较理想的防护效果 ,减轻介入手术医生 60 %以上的负重 ,而且价位适中 ,对大多数利用国产透视X射线机开展介入放射诊断和治疗的地、县级医院 ,具有推广应用价值。
[Objective] To provide radiation protection for interventional radiology in line with the optimization of protective equipment. [Method] According to the principle of protective optimization and the principle of shielding, aiming at the characteristics of the domestic 500mA X-ray radiography machine, the interventional protection device was designed; the conditions of interventional operation were simulated; the major part of the body involved in the operation under different protective conditions Scattered lines; design safe, lightweight, comfortable personal protective equipment. [Results] A set of 4 interventional protective devices and 4 kinds of personal protective equipment were developed. [Conclusion] The combination of interventional protection device and appropriate personal protective equipment not only achieve the ideal protective effect, but also reduce the load of more than 60% of interventional surgeons, and the price is moderate. For most of the patients, the use of domestic X - ray radiography And treatment, county hospitals, with the promotion and application value.
