目的调查消防部队军校学员A型行为分布特点,为消防部队官兵A型行为类型者的行为调控和心理调控提供依据。方法采用张伯源等人修订的《A型行为类型问卷》,对596名消防部队军校男性学员进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果被调查对象中有21.64%学员具A型行为模式,62.99%具B型行为模式,5.37%学员为中间型。消防部队学校学员“TH”和“TH+CH”因子得分均高于中国人常模,差异有统计学意义(t=-17.619、-17.125,P<0.05)。“TH”“LH”和“TH+CH”因子分上,均呈现年级越高,得分也越高的特征,各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特招队学员“CH”和“TH+CH”因子项得分低于非特招学员,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.067、-2.302,P<0.05或0.01)。城市户籍学员“CH”和“TH+CH”因子项得分均高于农村户籍学员,差异有统计学意义(t=3.631、2.428,P<0.05或0.01)。结论应帮助A型行为学员减少敌意,增加耐性,培养阳光心态,在竞争和合作中促进A型行为学员体会更多的积极情绪;也要帮助B型行为学员提高进取心,塑造两类学员健全的人格。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of A-type behavior of cadets of fire forces and to provide basis for behavior regulation and psychological adjustment of type A type of fire brigade officers and soldiers. Methods A type A behavioral questionnaire revised by Zhang et al. Was used to investigate 596 male cadets in military academies of fire brigade, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results 21.64% of the respondents had Type A behavior pattern, 62.99% had Type B pattern, and 5.37% of participants were middle type. The scores of “TH” and “TH + CH” factors of firefighting school students were all higher than that of Chinese norm, the difference was statistically significant (t = -17.619, -17.125, P <0.05). The scores of “TH”, “LH” and “” TH + CH “all showed the characteristics of higher grades and higher scores. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of ”CH“ and ”TH + CH“ in the special recruits were lower than those of non-special trainees (t = -3.067, -2.302, P <0.05 or 0.01). The scores of ”CH “ and ”TH + CH " of urban resident students were all higher than those of rural resident students (t = 3.631,2.428, P <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions A-type behavioral trainees should be helped to reduce hostility, increase patience, cultivate a sunshine mentality, and promote type A behavioral participants to experience more positive emotions in competition and cooperation. They should also help Type-B behavioral students to improve their ambition and shape the soundness of both types of students Personality.
