膨胀珍珠岩是一项新型的轻质保温材料,无产阶级文化大革命中,我国工人阶级在毛主席革命路线的指引下,自力更生,奋发图强,生产成功这项新产品。一九七一年,上级党委为建设的需要,决定以简易工艺上马,建立我们这个珍珠岩厂。建厂以耒,随着对生产规律的逐步认识,产量质量逐渐提高。但是,由于成本较高,影响了它的普及使用。一九七四年,在批林批孔运动的推动下,我们在关键工序推广应用“优选法”,选定工艺参数,使产品质量显著提高,原料燃料大量节约,生产成本大幅度降低,为更普遍地利用这种性能良好的新材料创造了有利条件。现将我们应用“优选法”的情况介绍于后。 Expanded perlite is a new type of lightweight and heat-insulating material. During the great proletarian cultural revolution, the working class of our country under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line has been self-reliant and has made great efforts to produce this new product successfully. In 1971, the higher Party committee decided to use simple technology to build our own perlite factory for the needs of construction. In 1974, under the encouragement of the approved batch campaign, we promoted the application of “optimization method” in key processes, selected process parameters, significantly improved product quality, greatly saved raw material fuels, and significantly reduced production costs.
