本文以单片机C8051F020为核心控制芯片,对由控制芯片TFT6448b控制NL6448AC33-18彩色显示屏和单片机C8051F020控制四线电阻式触摸屏组成的人机界面控制系统,作了较为深入的分析与研究。介绍了C8051F020单片机的功能特点,端口配置方法和对它的编程具体操作方法;以及液晶芯片TFT6448b和触摸屏的管脚功能和工作原理。描述了单片机C8051F020实现控制彩色液晶进行显示和控制触摸屏按要求正确工作的原理,给出了系统硬件设计原理图以及软件流程图,阐述了硬件设计框图和实现过程。着重论述触摸屏硬件接口电路设计及软件编程与调试,实现了彩色液晶显示及触摸屏控制功能,实现了页面显示及页面切换功能。为便于程序的扩展、修改和今后的应用,应用C语言编程,所有程序按功能采用模块化设计,程序设计的逻辑关系简洁明了。
In this paper, the microcontroller C8051F020 as the core control chip, the control chip TFT6448b control NL6448AC33-18 color display and single-chip C8051F020 control four-wire resistive touch screen composed of man-machine interface control system, made a more in-depth analysis and research. Introduced the C8051F020 single-chip microcomputer features, port configuration methods and programming of its specific operation method; as well as the LCD chip TFT6448b and touch screen pin function and working principle. Describes the SCM C8051F020 achieve control of color LCD display and control of the touch screen as required to work properly, gives the system hardware design schematic diagram and software flow chart, illustrates the hardware design diagram and implementation process. Focus on the touch screen hardware interface circuit design and software programming and debugging, to achieve a color LCD display and touch screen control functions, to achieve the page display and page switching function. In order to facilitate the expansion of the program, modify and future applications, the application of C language programming, all programs according to the function of modular design, programming logic concise.
