针对高精度惯导平台上应用大功率PWM(pulse width modulation)驱动对滤波装置的高性能要求,在分析通用LC滤波器应用于感性负载存在的不足的基础上,提出了LCCR滤波器结构。利用阻抗分析得到滤波网络的传递特征,详细分析了各滤波元件的作用和特性,总结了滤波器的设计方法。实验结果表明:应用LCCR滤波器可同时获得快速的高频衰减特性及良好的阻尼特性,且高频损耗小,易于满足惯导平台PWM功率输出滤波器的高性能要求。
In order to meet the high performance requirements of the filter device driven by high-power PWM (pulse width modulation) drive on a high-precision inertial navigation platform, the LCCR filter structure is proposed based on the analysis of the disadvantages of the common LC filter applied to the inductive load. The transmission characteristics of the filter network are obtained by impedance analysis. The function and characteristics of the filter components are analyzed in detail, and the design method of the filter is summarized. The experimental results show that the LCCR filter can achieve fast high-frequency attenuation and good damping characteristics with low high-frequency loss and easily meet the high performance requirements of the inertial navigation platform PWM power output filter.
