目的观察早期放射性肝损伤的CT影像和生化改变。方法三维适形放疗9例腹部肿瘤患者。观察患者放疗前、后生化和肝脏CT影像改变。结果7例患者CT平扫受照肝脏显示为界限清晰的低密度改变,2例合并脂肪肝患者照射区显示为界限清晰的高密度改变。正常肝脏与肝硬化肝脏放射性损伤动态CT增强表现不同。患者疗后ALT、AST、AKP、GGT均较治疗前升高。结论放射性肝损伤CT影像改变与肝脏原发疾病相关,肝功能改变与影像改变一致。
Objective To observe the CT images and biochemical changes of early radiation-induced liver injury. Methods Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in 9 patients with abdominal tumor. The patients were observed before and after radiotherapy biochemical and liver CT image changes. Results The CT scan of the liver of the 7 patients showed a well-defined low-density change, and the irradiation area of 2 patients with fatty liver showed a clearly defined high-density change. Dynamic CT enhancement of radioactive lesions in normal liver and cirrhosis liver is different. After treatment, ALT, AST, AKP, GGT were higher than before treatment. Conclusions The change of CT images of radiation-induced liver injury is related to the primary liver disease. The change of liver function is consistent with the change of image.
