全科门诊是社区医疗的重要组织形式.它人员少一专多能 ;分科不细样样都能干 ;服务范围广 ;集医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康、教育、计划生育于一体.该文从三个方面叙述了作为全科门诊护士应具备的三个素质即强烈的使命感和责任感 ,体现在为病人服务的爱心、耐心、细心、责任心.强调要有全面的知识结构才能完成全科门诊的各项工作任务 ,说得出做得到 ,做起来得心应手.指出要有熟练的技术才能在人员少、任务重的情况下准确、安全、迅速地完成日常医疗任务“,”Full Section's clinic is a important organic form of the community's medical treatment. It has lots of functions with little people, and hasn't many section, but has many servings: medical treatment、 defend、 health care、 healing、 health、 education and family planning. This article specifies three diathesis from three aspects as a full section's clinic nurse, it's strong sense and responsible sense. It has a love、 a care、 a chariness and a responsibility for patients. It emphasizes a general knowledge structure for completing all kinds of task. If you speak it, you must to do it. In case of little people and many task, only a people, who has masterly skill, would finish every day's clinic task, with truly, safely and rapidly.
