今年是全面贯彻落实党的十七大精神、实施“十一五”规划承上启下的关键一年。天津交通行业面临新的发展机遇与挑战,解放思想、干事创业、科学发展,落实全国交通工作会议精神,推动天津交通事业又好又快发展。
This year marks a crucial year for carrying out the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress in an all-round manner and implementing the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”.
