针对回转体零件提出了一种 C A D/ C A P P集成方法,通过特征库、用户自定义特征在建模规则的约束下完成零件的建模工作,运用编码规则自动将模型整理成 C A P P子系统所需要的信息,并在 AUTO C A D 环境下开发出了 R S C A D P P系统.该系统在实际应用中运行可靠,极大地提高了设计效率.“,”China needs computer aided process planning (CAPP) for eliminating the widespread use of manpower in process planning, thus exploiting fully the efficiency of CAD/CAM. CAD/CAPP integrated system transmits efficiently all the information needed by CAM: CAD information plus process planning information. We developed such a system for rotational parts under Auto CAD environment for several Chinese manufacturers and call it RS CADPP. RS CADPP is based on feature modeling and feature coding. Fig.2 shows the features adopted that are suitable for the user′s products. After careful consideration of the user′s requirements we gave seven rules for feature coding. RS CADPP was succesfully applied to efficient productions of rotational parts of several Chinese manufacturers.
