国内外有关规范对使用前钢筋的锈蚀问题及其处理均做了规定。由于通常很难保证钢筋在使用前完全不锈,而已锈钢筋的处理又是一件麻烦事,更加上不少人对钢筋锈蚀及其危害性认识不足和重视不够,因而往往对使用前钢筋的锈蚀很少控制和处理。有人认为锈蚀没多大关系,甚至有“越锈越好”的说法;有的仅从锈蚀对钢筋力学性能及对“握裹力”的影响方 The relevant domestic and foreign regulations have stipulated the corrosion problems and treatment of the steel bars before use.
