目的探讨中医腾疗对于颈椎、腰椎痛患者的疗效以及护理方法。方法回顾性分析2013年5月至2015年5月在我院就诊的68例颈椎、腰椎痛病患者,其中34例采用超短波理疗以及口服洛索洛芬钠胶囊止痛治疗(对照组),另34例患者接受中医腾辽治疗和护理(观察组),对比两组患者治疗1个月后临床疗效。结果对照组患者在治疗护理后总有效率是76.47%(26/34),而观察组在中医腾辽治疗及护理基础上总有效率为97.05%(33/34),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论通过对颈椎、腰椎痛患者给予中医腾疗护理后,患者疼痛显著减轻,疗效满意,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of patients with cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebral pain treated with Chinese herbal medicine. Methods A total of 68 patients with cervical and lumbar pain who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 34 patients were treated with ultrashort wave therapy and oral losoprofen sodium capsules (control group), while the other 34 Cases of patients receiving Teng Liao Chinese medicine treatment and care (observation group), compared two groups of patients after treatment for 1 month clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.47% (26/34) after treatment and nursing. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.05% (33/34) based on the treatment of Teng Liao and the difference was significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Through the cervical spine, lumbar pain patients given Teng therapy, patients with significant reduction of pain, the effect is satisfactory, worthy of clinical promotion.
