目的:建立肾康胶囊中大黄酚、大黄素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定肾康胶囊中大黄酚、大黄素含量。色谱条件为:Thermo C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)为流动相;流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为254nm;柱温为30℃。结果:大黄酚在0.02~0.64μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.18%,RSD为1.13%(n=6);大黄素在0.016~0.512μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为96.77%,RSD为1.62%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、重现性好、专属性强,可为肾康胶囊的质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chrysophanol and emodin in Shenkang capsule. Methods: The contents of chrysophanol and emodin in Shenkang Capsules were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were: Thermo C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm); methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (80:20) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1; the detection wavelength was 254nm; 30 ° C. Results: The linear regression was obtained between 0.02 and 0.64 μg of chrysophanol (r = 0.9996), with an average recovery of 97.18% and a RSD of 1.13% (n = 6). Emodin was found to be good in the range of 0.016 to 0.512 μg (R = 0.9994). The average recovery was 96.77% and the RSD was 1.62% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible and specific, which can provide reference for the quality control of Shenkang Capsules.
