莱钢热轧窄带钢步进式加热炉计算机优化控制系统中的热工控制由直接数字控制(DDC)和计算机监督控制(SCC)两级组成。DDC级的燃烧控制实现了双交叉限幅控制,并提出切除积分的4点补充条件,改善了控制效果。同时以软件的方式实现了煤气热值的动态实时估算,保证了空气消耗系数随热值同步变化。SCC级提出了考虑二维效应的一维平板模型,提高了模拟的精度,并以段法的离线分析解决了总括热吸收率的动态补偿问题,本研究将模型扩展到金属氧化烧损量的在线实时跟踪计量,有利于生产管理。本系统操作简便,具有完备的诊断和报警功能,为其连续正常运行创造了有利条件。
The thermal control in computer optimization control system of Laiwu Steel hot strip narrow strip stepping furnace consists of direct digital control (DDC) and computer supervisory control (SCC).
