目的:探讨凋亡调控因子c-IAP1,c-IAP2和Caspase-3在大肠肿瘤中的表达,了解其在大肠肿瘤的发生发展中的作用。方法:收集我院2002年至2004年手术后经病理证实并有完整随访资料的大肠腺癌标本45例,同时收集外伤后手术切除的正常大肠组织为正常对照,采用免疫组化SP法和半定量积分法分别检测c-IAP1,c-IAP2和Caspase-3在大肠腺癌、大肠腺瘤及正常大肠黏膜中的表达。结果:c-IAP1,c-IAP2和Caspase-3的阳性表达率在正常大肠黏膜组与大肠腺瘤组、正常大肠黏膜组与大肠腺癌组、大肠腺瘤组与大肠腺癌组之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。c-IAP1与Caspase-3在大肠腺癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.321,P<0.05)。c-IAP2和Caspase-3在大肠腺癌中表达无相关性,(P>0.05,r=-0.164)。c-IAP1和c-IAP2在大肠腺癌中的表达无相关性。(P>0.05,r=0.066)。结论:凋亡受阻在大肠肿瘤形成过程中起着一定的作用;c-IAP1,c-IAP2可能参与了大肠腺瘤和腺癌的发生和发展,并在一定程度上反映大肠腺癌的恶性程度;凋亡抑制蛋白c-IAP1,c-IAP2的表达与患者的性别、年龄、5年生存率、肿瘤部位、组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移及Dukes分期等因素无关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of c-IAP1, c-IAP2 and Caspase-3 in colorectal neoplasms and to investigate their roles in the development and progression of colorectal neoplasms.
