用正交试验设计的方法研究了不同栽培基质、不同覆盖材料及覆盖厚度对黄花补血草(Limonium aureum)种子萌发的影响,结果表明:黄花补血草适宜的播种深度为0.5~1cm,覆盖厚度达1.5cm时,种子萌发出苗率显著降低(p<0.05);播种基质以风沙土和沙壤土为宜,能够获得较大的生物量,以风沙土为栽培基质,苗木生长量和生物量均较小;以风沙土、沙质壤土和粗沙为覆盖材料对黄花补血草种子萌发及出苗没有显著影响(p>0.05),粗沙覆盖水分容易丧失,在生产中提倡以风沙土和沙壤土为覆盖材料。
The effects of different planting substrates, different covering materials and cover thickness on the seed germination of Limonium aureum were studied by orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum sowing depth of Limonium aureum was 0.5 ~ 1 cm, 1.5cm, seed germination rate was significantly reduced (p <0.05); sowing substrate with sandy soil and sandy loam is appropriate, to obtain larger biomass, with sandy soil as the culture medium, seedling growth and biomass are small ; Sandy soil, sandy loam and coarse sand as cover material had no significant effect on seed germination and emergence of Limonium sinense (p> 0.05), and the water coverage of coarse sand was easy to lose. In the production, aeolian sand and sandy loam were the cover materials .
