用免疫组化ABC法对41例胆囊癌、12例胆管癌NDPK／nm23表达进行了测定。结果发现：nm23在恶性肿瘤中的表达率明显高于良性病变（P＜0．05）。NDPK／nm23表达与胆囊及胆管癌组织的分化、局部浸润及淋巴转移密切相关（P＜0．05），提示nm23检测对正确估计肿瘤的侵袭性、淋巴转移潜能及预后有重要价值。
Immunohistochemical ABC method of 41 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, 12 cases of cholangiocarcinoma NDPK / nm23 expression was determined. The results showed that the expression of nm23 in malignant tumors was significantly higher than that in benign lesions (P <0.05). The expression of NDPK / nm23 was closely related to the differentiation, local infiltration and lymphatic metastasis of gallbladder and cholangiocarcinoma tissues (P <0.05), suggesting that nm23 detection is of great value in correctly estimating tumor invasion, lymph metastasis potential and prognosis.
