教师专业发展对于提高教学质量水平有着非常重要的意义,从教学专业发展概念、重要性以及专业发展的有效模式方面深入且详细地分析了维吾尔族中小学教师专业发展的有效模式应用概况,旨在真正促进中小学的教师专业发展,更好地为国家教育服务。
The professional development of teachers plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching. The author analyzes the application of efficient modes of Uyghur primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development from the aspects of the concept, importance of professional development and the effective modes of professional development. It will really promote the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools and better serve the national education.
