德育即教育的道德目的,是学校一切工作的目的和归宿。探究其内涵和本质,找寻其规律,我们不难发现:我们的德育工作如果只是依靠活动,可能达不到预期的效果。要想从根本上育人,必须要用好课堂这一主阵地。课堂是学生学习科学文化知识、形成技能和方法、提升思想道德水平的主要场所。课堂教学的灵魂是育人,学生在课堂上所耳濡目染的,将会潜移默化地反映到学生的成长过程中。只有抓住了课堂,才抓住了“全员育人”的精髓,才抓准了学校德育工作的命脉。
Moral education is the moral purpose of education is the purpose and destination of all school work. To explore its connotation and essence and find its law, we can easily find out that our moral education work may not achieve the expected results if we rely solely on activities. To fundamentally educate people, we must make good use of the main position of the classroom. Classroom is the main place for students to learn scientific and cultural knowledge, form skills and methods, and improve their ideological and moral standards. The soul of classroom teaching is to educate people, students in the classroom, monasteries, will be subtly reflected in the growth of students. Only caught the classroom, only to seize the essence of “educating people”, only grasped the lifeline of school moral education.
