新形势下加强对大学生党员的教育管理是当前高校学生党建的重要工作之一,也是提高大学生思想政治素养的重要途径之一。基于此,分析了目前高校学生党员教育管理中存在的主要问题,并对原因进行了分析,在此基础上提出通过构建学习型学生党支部来落实学生党员的主体地位,创新支部的学习理念和途径,实现支部成员的知识共享,从而提高学生党员教育管理的实效。
Under the new situation, strengthening the education and management of the college student party members is one of the most important tasks for the party building of the college students at present. It is also one of the important ways to improve the college students’ ideological and political accomplishments. Based on this, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the education and management of the student party members in colleges and universities, and analyzes the reasons. On this basis, it puts forward that through constructing the student party branches to implement the student party members’ dominant position, innovating the branch learning concepts and Ways to achieve the branch members of the knowledge sharing, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of student party members of the education and management.
