目的观察1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗轮状病毒肠炎伴心肌损害的临床疗效及安全性。方法对2007年1月-2008年12月期间481例轮状病毒肠炎伴有心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组241例、对照组240例,对照组常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用1,6-二磷酸果糖200 mg/(kg.d),1次/d,连用7 d。观察两组治疗前后磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)变化及治疗临床疗效。结果对照组及治疗组治疗后AST、CKMB水平较治疗前明显下降,两组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,对照组t=17.21;治疗组t=39.43),治疗后AST、CKMB水平治疗组较对照组下降更为明显,在组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=10.36);对照组患儿治疗总有效率85.42%,治疗组患儿治疗总有效率98.34%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ2=26.96),在治疗期间,均未发生皮疹、发热、瘙痒等不良反应发生。结论在轮状病毒肠炎伴有心肌损害的情况下,在常规综合治疗的基础上联合使用1,6-二磷酸果糖能明显改善患儿心肌受损,并且用药安全、价格低廉,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fructose-1,6-diphosphate in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis with myocardial damage. Methods Between January 2007 and December 2008, 481 children with rotavirus enteritis and myocardial damage were randomly divided into treatment group (241 cases), control group (240 cases) and control group (conventional treatment). The total effective rate was 85.42% in the control group, and the total effective rate 98.34%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05, χ2 = 26.96). No rash, fever, pruritus and other adverse reactions occurred during the treatment. Conclusion In the case of rotavirus enteritis accompanied by myocardial damage, the combined use of 1,6 - diphosphate on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment can significantly improve myocardial damage in children, and the medication is safe and inexpensive, it is worthy of clinical promotion .
