1985年1月～1988年12月,我们应用西米替丁、硝苯啶、卡那霉素伍用治疗十二指肠溃疡病10例,收到较好的效果,现简报如下。对象和方法病便来源经胃镜检查,确诊为十二指肠球部溃疡的门诊病例,男性7例,女性3例;年龄14～56岁,平均29岁。用药方法西米替丁0.2g,硝苯啶10mg,卡那霉素0.5g,均为3次/d。餐前半小时口服,连续服用4wk。观察方法患者确诊后,治疗4wk,停药后2～4wk胃镜复查。
January 1985 ~ December 1988, we apply cimetidine, nifedipine, kanamycin treatment of duodenal ulcer disease in 10 cases, received good results, are as follows. Subjects and Methods The source of the disease was endoscopically diagnosed as out-patient cases of duodenal ulcer. There were 7 males and 3 females, aged from 14 to 56 years (average 29 years). Medications Cimetidine 0.2g, nifedipine 10mg, kanamycin 0.5g, all 3 times / d. Oral for half an hour before meals, taking 4wk continuously. Observation method After the diagnosis of patients, treatment 4wk, 2 ~ 4wk endoscopy after gastroscopy review.
