我厂生产的糖业机械中,有一些(石千)体、顶盖等大型零件,要由板材下料后制成,我厂采用了合理套材的办法,节约了很多铜材。现举两个例子说明如下: (一)工件是斜锥盘,它的展开形状是一个大缺圆形(如图1),最大直径达6280公厘,最好的方法是将钢板裁成窄的扇面形,然后并焊成。钢板采用3200×1700×6的;在一张铜板上可作两种套材法,即图2和图3所示的两种套材法,钢板的利用率都是96%。但图2的方法,因裁出的块数较
