烧结混合料的透气性是烧结过程中重要的工艺参数,随混合料的水含量、原料配比和制粒等因素的变化而不断变化。为了能够在烧结机现场获取透气性的情况,有必要研发一套透气性在线测定装置。模拟烧结现场的工艺条件,在实验室条件下开发并组装了一套透气性测定装置,进行了一系列混合料透气性指数的测定试验,结果表明:本装置的测定结果具有较好的重现性和稳定性;该测定装置能准确反映出混合料水含量、烧结原料配比和制粒条件变化时透气性的变化情况。因此,本测定装置完全可以实现在烧结厂对混合料透气性的在线测定,并为指导烧结生产提供参考依据。
The air permeability of the sintered mixture is an important process parameter in the sintering process, which changes constantly with the changes of the water content of the mixture, the ratio of the raw materials and the granulation. A set of gas permeability measuring device was developed and assembled under laboratory conditions by simulating the process conditions of the sintering site. A series of experiments were conducted to determine the gas permeability index of the mixture. Therefore, the measuring device can completely realize the on-line determination of the air permeability of the mixture in the sintering plant and provide a reference for guiding the sintering production.
