稽留性肢端性皮炎是一种比较少见的皮肤病,原因不明,治疗困难,近年来有些人应用硫酸锌治疗肠病性肢端性皮炎启发了我们试用硫酸锌治疗稽留性肢端性皮炎的设想,目前我院不能测定血清内锌的含量,因而无法测知这类患者血清内锌的含量是否低于正常,但是从这些患者的临床表现:肢端性皮炎、甲营养不良、脱发、干性皮脂溢出等完全具有硫酸锌治疗的适应症。现将我们试用小剂量硫酸锌治疗三例稽(?)性皮炎的结果报告如下。
