当前,医院思想政治工作面临适应医院深化改革新形势的挑战,必须参与解决医院改革中出现的新问题。这就需要我们认真研究人们思想的新特点,分析人心态的新特征,从而有针对性地开展思想政治工作,充分调动广大职工工作的积极性、主动性、创造性。作为人力资源管理者要做好管理工作,就要以人为本,研究人的心理、行为、需求,了解人的特性,并以此为基本出发点,实施对人的管理。在管理工作中,一定要以人性化管理为基础,把人的根本需求与特性作为出发点,使各项管理工作适合于人性,从而实现“以人为本”的管理理念,在此基础上实施管理工作就容易获得成功。
