本刊的前身是中国政法学会和中国科学院法学研究所合办的《政法研究》。它创刊于1954年,“文革”中被迫停刊。十年动乱后法学研究所恢复工作,隶属新创建的中国社会科学院。之后,本刊也于1979年4月正式复刊,并更名为《法学研究》。复刊以来,《法学研究》曾多次就“人治与法治”、“法的本质”等问题展开学术讨论。这些讨论曾引起海内外有关人士关注。为了纪念本刊复刊十周年,为了推动我国的改革、开放和四化建设和法学的进一步繁荣,中国社会科学院法学研究所和本刊编辑部于1989年2月22、23日在北京联合召开了“中国法制改革学术讨论会”。张友渔、王仲方等四十余位法律实际工作部门和法学科研、教学单位的专家学者参加了讨论会,法学研究所近四十位学者列席了会议。讨论会就法制改革的有关问题展开了讨论。现将其中涉及法制改革的发言摘要选登,以飨读者。今后,本刊将继续就法制改革的有关问题召开专题学术讨论会并在刊物上展开争鸣。欢迎各界人士参加讨论,发表意见。
The publication is the predecessor of the China Politics and Law Institute and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Law co-sponsored “political and legal research.” It was founded in 1954, “Cultural Revolution” was forced to stop publication. After ten years of turmoil, Institute of Law restoration work, under the newly created Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Since then, the magazine has also officially re-published in April 1979, and changed its name to “legal research.” Since the resumption of the journal, “Law Studies” has repeatedly held academic discussions on issues such as “rule of man and rule of law” and “law essence.” These discussions have aroused the concern of people concerned at home and abroad. In order to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the publication of the Journal, in order to promote China’s reform, opening up and the four modernizations and the further prosperity of the law, the Institute of Law and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences editorial office in February 22, 1989, held in Beijing in Beijing “China Legal Reform Seminar ”. More than 40 law and practical work departments including Zhang Youyu and Wang Zhongfang participated in the seminar with experts and scholars from law research institutes and teaching units. Nearly 40 scholars from the Institute of Law attended the meeting. The seminar discussed the issues related to legal system reform. Now we will summarize the speeches related to the reform of the legal system for readers. In the future, we will continue to hold special symposiums on issues concerning the reform of the legal system and hold contention in the publications. All are welcome to participate in the discussion, express their views.
