目的观察健康教育应用于小儿哮喘护理的临床效果。方法选取80例小儿哮喘作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予健康教育,观察2组护理效果、患儿家长对哮喘知识的了解程度、患儿心理状态改善情况、哮喘复发及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组护理总有效率、患儿家长对小儿哮喘知识的了解度和掌握程度明显高于对照组,患儿的心理状况改善情况优于对照组,哮喘发作频次、复发率及不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育应用于小儿哮喘护理能有效缓解临床症状,效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of health education on pediatric asthma care. Methods 80 cases of pediatric asthma were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given health education on the basis of routine nursing care. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed. The parents’ knowledge of asthma, the improvement of psychological status, the recurrence of asthma and the occurrence of adverse events were observed. Results The total effective rate of nursing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. The improvement of psychological status in children was better than that in control group. The frequency of asthma attack, the relapse rate and the incidence of adverse events Lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education applied to pediatric asthma care can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, the effect is remarkable.
