介绍了板坯结晶器液压振动技术的发展及国内外应用情况,液压振动的结构及其特点。介绍了液压振动在高频振动时运动平稳;高频和低频振动时波形不失真;在线可随机任意设定正弦曲线和非正弦曲线波形,并可调整振幅和频率。液压振动有着机械振动所实现不了的优越性,希望液压振动技术能够在我国连铸机的振动装置上得到推广应用
The development of hydraulic vibration technology of slab mold and the application at home and abroad, the structure and characteristics of hydraulic vibration are introduced. The hydraulic vibration is described as stable when it vibrates at high frequency. The waveform is not distorted when high frequency and low frequency are vibrated. The sine and non-sinusoidal waveforms can be randomly set online, and the amplitude and frequency can be adjusted. Hydraulic vibration with the mechanical vibration can not be achieved by the superiority, I hope hydraulic vibration technology can be applied in our country continuous casting machine vibration device
