近年来,随着房地产产业的巨大的发展,在房地产集团内部面临众多财务监督管理的难题。一些房地产集团,为了加强对其资产的管理,纷纷采用了财务总监委派制。通过实施财务委派制,解决了一些问题,成效显著;但同时也仍存在一些深层次的、亟待解决的问题。公司必须多方面完善自己的管理环节,才能使财务委派制得到最大限度发挥其应有的作用。
In recent years, with the tremendous development of the real estate industry, many difficulties in financial supervision and management are faced within the real estate group. Some real estate groups, in order to strengthen the management of their assets, have adopted the Chief Financial Commission system. Through the implementation of the financial appointment system, some problems have been solved with remarkable results. However, there are still some deep-rooted problems to be solved urgently. Companies must improve their management aspects in many ways so that the financial commissions can be maximized to their due role.
