东风—50型拖拉机在田问作业中,当驾驶员突然收油门时,往往会出现缺缸甚至熄火现象。这时拆下喷油泵盖板后,便可发现有的柱塞调节臂脱出拉杆调节块,且总是在停油位置上出现。导致上述故障的原因有二: 1.根本原因拉杆和拉杆衬套磨损后,配合间隙增大,从而使拉杆调节块的转动量(以拉杆轴心为圆心的圆周运动)亦增大。因为拉杆和拉杆衬套的断面呈D型,加之拉杆上的四个调节块的重心又偏向柱塞一边,这样,就使拉杆和拉杆衬套受力不匀,于是,D型断面的左上角磨损得较其它部位严重,因而有使拉杆调节块离开柱塞中心转动的趋势。当拉杆和拉杆衬套的间隙达到0.70~0.90毫米(相当于拉杆调节块转动14°~15°)时,拉杆恰好处于停油极限位置,故柱塞在下止点时就极易脱出。 2.操作上的原因驾驶员在驾机作业中,由于突然
