本文分析了莲子皮中的化学成分及基本含量,为今后进一步开发利用资源提供可靠依据。通过系统化学预试法,采用不同极性的常用溶剂对莲子皮进行了分布萃取,并分别对萃取物进行化学成分的定性检查,对莲衣中化学成分进行了初步分析。并采用基本方法测定莲子皮中基本成分的含量。结果表明:莲子皮中水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、碳水化合物、灰分和粗纤维的含量分别为10.1%、21.5%、3.1%、50.3%、5.5%和4.5%,此外其中还含有酚类、鞣质、皂苷、蒽醌、黄酮和生物碱等成分。
In this paper, the chemical composition and basic content of lotus seeds were analyzed to provide a reliable basis for further development and utilization of resources. Through the systematic chemical pre-test method, the lotus seed peel was extracted and extracted by using common solvents with different polarities. The chemical constituents of the lotus were qualitatively inspected, and the chemical constituents of lotus were analyzed preliminarily. And the basic method was used to determine the content of lotus seed in the basic components. The results showed that the contents of water, crude protein, crude fat, carbohydrate, ash and crude fiber in lotus seed were 10.1%, 21.5%, 3.1%, 50.3%, 5.5% and 4.5%, respectively.
