目的研究一种全自动真空超声清洗器对硬式内镜管腔生物膜的去除效果。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,对某全自动真空超声波清洗器清除内镜管腔内模拟生物膜的效果进行观察。结果真空超声清洗器设定运行程序:38℃真空超声清洗120 s、47℃真空沸腾清洗3次、真空灌洗18 s、超声漂洗60 s、真空灌洗18 s运行2次、真空干燥。在上述运行程序下,真空超声清洗器对管腔内人工制备的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜清除率≥99.99%。结论受试真空超声清洗器在设定的运行程序下对管腔内人工制备的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜清除效果良好,符合《医用清洗剂卫生标准》规定的祛除效果要求。
Objective To study the effect of a fully automatic vacuum ultrasonic cleaner on the removal of hard endoscopic biofilm. Methods The bacterial quantitative detection method was used to observe the effect of an automatic vacuum ultrasonic cleaner in removing the simulated endometrial biofilm. Results The procedure of vacuum ultrasonic washer was set as follows: ultrasonic cleaning at 38 ℃ for 120 seconds, vacuum boiling at 47 ℃ for 3 times, vacuum lavage for 18 seconds, ultrasonic rinsing for 60 seconds and vacuum lavage for 18 seconds and vacuum drying. Under the above operating procedure, the vacuum ultrasonic cleaner had a biofilm clearance of ≥99.99% of the artificial preparation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the lumen. Conclusions The tested vacuum ultrasonic cleaner has a good removal effect on artificial biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the lumen under the set operating procedure and meets the requirements of the disintar effect of “Sanitary Standard of Medical Cleaner”.
