全国各高等院校模具教学中,由于受到模具模型、机床、实训场地等条件的限制,教学难度相应增大,教学效果受到影响。随着虚拟现实技术和智能移动通讯设备的快速发展,开发具有现代高教特色的教学资源,是高等院校改进教学的必要手段。文章通过探讨运用三维建模软件及虚拟现实软件构建虚拟冷冲模具并应用于智能手机的方法,实现虚拟模具的交互控制。
Mold teaching in colleges and universities throughout the country, due to the mold model, machine tools, training sites and other conditions, the corresponding increase in teaching difficulty, teaching effectiveness is affected. With the rapid development of virtual reality technology and intelligent mobile communication equipment, developing teaching resources with modern characteristics of higher education is an essential means for colleges and universities to improve their teaching. This paper discusses the interactive control of virtual mold by discussing the method of using 3D modeling software and virtual reality software to construct the virtual mold and apply it to the smart phone.
