本文探索了10CrNi4MoV钢100mm特厚板适宜的热处理工艺,并对经热处理的钢板进行了性能测试及微观组织观察。结果表明:10CrNi4MoV钢100mm特厚板经过严格控制的高温淬火+高温回火调质工艺处理,可以满足技术要求,且在厚度方向上微观组织、力学性能均匀。高温淬火温度对厚板的组织性能影响不大,高温回火温度则必须严格控制,以获取10CrNi4MoV钢100mm特厚板良好的综合性能。
This paper explores the suitable heat treatment process of 10CrNi4MoV steel 100mm thick plate, and the performance test and microstructure observation of the heat-treated steel plate. The results show that the 100mm thick plate of 10CrNi4MoV steel can be processed by high temperature quenching + high temperature tempering and quenching and tempering, which can meet the technical requirements and has microstructure in the thickness direction and uniform mechanical properties. High temperature quenching temperature has little effect on the microstructure and properties of the plate, high temperature tempering temperature must be strictly controlled to obtain 10CrNi4MoV steel 100mm thick plate good overall performance.
