中国乳业在国内与国际竞争的双重压力下逐步成长,“三聚氰胺”事件对此朝阳产业的发展造成了巨大冲击,也在一定程度上影响了该产业的竞争格局。“市场集中度”是产业结构的重要指标,以此为视角,探寻在“三聚氰胺”事件前,乳业市场结构的发展历程,并结合当前乳业的发展概况,提出相关建议,以期我国乳业能在后三聚氰胺时代,重塑行业形象,逐步提高竞争力。
China’s dairy industry has gradually grown under the dual pressures of domestic and international competition. The melamine incident has caused a huge impact on the development of this industry and has also affected the competition of the industry to a certain extent. “Market Concentration ” is an important indicator of industrial structure. From this perspective, we explore the development of the dairy market structure prior to the “melamine” incident and put forward relevant proposals in light of the current development of the dairy industry in the hope that China Dairy in the post-melamine era, reshape the image of the industry, and gradually improve their competitiveness.
