目的观察氟桂利嗪谷维素联合治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法符合罗马Ⅱ标准IBS患者76例,年龄18～74岁,口服氟桂利嗪10 mg每晚一次,谷维素40 mg/次,每日3次。结果治疗后患者各单项症状改善率高,以腹痛、大便频率、稀便、粘液便症状改善明显。结论氟桂利嗪与谷维素联合治疗肠易激综合征效果明显。
Objective To observe the efficacy of flunarizine oryzanol combined treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods According to the Roman II standard IBS patients 76 cases, aged 18 to 74 years, oral flunarizine 10 mg once night, oryzanol 40 mg / times, 3 times a day. Results After treatment, the individual patients with high rate of improvement of individual symptoms, with abdominal pain, stool frequency, loose stools, mucus symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion Flunarizine and oryzanol combined treatment of irritable bowel syndrome effect is obvious.
