在棉株生长旺盛的棉田中,中下部老叶不能很好地进行光合作用,供应棉株营养;同时枝叶太密,株间通风不良,湿度过大,也延迟棉铃开裂,增加棉铃霉烂.我国广大农民,提出了打去老叶的办法,来改善棉田通风透光的条件.但人工打老叶,每亩地约需一个劳动工日,在劳力缺乏的情况下,这一措施很难实现.因此,寻找简便的去老叶方法,就成为目前需要解决的一个问题.笔者根据氨酸镁对棉花具有良好脱叶效果的启示,于1960年
