G2~M期是细胞生长的终末环节,是各种致癌和抑癌因素作用的必经之路。DNA损伤与肿瘤的发生关系密切,如果细胞在有丝分裂之前不能维持自身基因组的稳定性,损伤的基因就会随着细胞分裂遗传给子代细胞,最终导致恶变。G2~M期DNA损伤检验点是细胞周期运行至有丝分裂前细胞自我修复的最后时机,CDK1是细胞周期G2~M期检验点的核心因子。近年研究表明,参与G2~M期DNA损伤检验点的细胞因子与卵巢癌关系密切,综述近年G2~M期DNA损伤检验点与卵巢癌关系的研究。
G2 ~ M phase is the terminal part of cell growth, all kinds of carcinogenic and tumor suppressor factors must pass through the road. DNA damage is closely related to tumorigenesis. If the cells do not maintain their own genome stability before mitosis, the damaged genes will be passed on to daughter cells along with cell division, which eventually leads to malignant transformation. The G2 ~ M DNA damage checkpoint is the last opportunity for cell cycle to run before cell mitosis, and CDK1 is the core factor of cell cycle G2 ~ M checkpoint. Recent studies have shown that cytokines involved in G2 ~ M DNA damage checkpoint are closely related to ovarian cancer, and the relationship between G2 ~ M DNA damage checkpoint and ovarian cancer in recent years is reviewed.
