目的:探讨蝶骨电极加睡眠诱发脑电图在癫痫诊断中的价值。方法:对我院2005年10月至2006年10月接诊的有明确癫痫发作史的127例病人行清醒常规脑电图及蝶骨电极和睡眠诱发试验。结果:清醒状态下,46.5%(59/127)的患者常规EEG出现痫样放电,睡眠时63.0%(80/127)出现痫性放电,蝶骨电极阳性率为38.8%(19/49),总阳性率70.1%。结论:脑电图检测中加作睡眠诱发试验及蝶骨电极对提高癫痫样放电的检出率有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the value of sphenoid electrode plus sleep-induced electroencephalography in the diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods: A total of 127 patients with definite epileptic seizures in our hospital from October 2005 to October 2006 underwent sober routine EEG and sphenoid electrode and sleep-induced test. Results: In conscious condition, epileptiform discharge occurred in 46.5% (59/127) of patients, and 63.0% (80/127) in sleep state showed seizure discharge. The positive rate of sphenoid electrode was 38.8% (19/49) The total positive rate of 70.1%. Conclusion: It is of great significance to use sleep-induced test in EEG detection and sphenoid electrode to improve the detection rate of epileptiform discharge.
