法学教育的改革从20世纪中叶开始,在法律发展比较成熟的国家,逐步形式化与规模化。国内法学界的学者对实践性教学也进行了积极的研究并取得成果,但仍不能改变我国法学教育重理论、轻实践的现状。特别是每个高校的特殊情况导致理论法学课程实践性教学的探索也参差不齐。为了让我校的法学教育更加的突出,本课题组根据研究的基本理论和各高校已经探索的路径进行大胆创新,形成二位一体的教学模式和五位一体的教学方法。
Since the middle of the 20th century, the legal education reform has been gradually formalized and scaled up in countries where the legal development is relatively mature. Scholars in domestic jurisprudence have also conducted positive research and achieved fruitful results in practical teaching, but still can not change the status quo and emphasis of legal practice in our country. In particular, the special circumstances of each university lead to the exploration of practical teaching of theoretical law courses is also uneven. In order to make our law education more prominent, our group boldly innovated according to the basic theory of research and the paths that colleges and universities have explored, and formed a two-in-one teaching mode and a five-in-one teaching method.
